How long before my item ships?

All of my items are Handmade Custom Orders, therefore they take approximately 5 to 8 Business Days to create after payment has been received.

All Personalized Items

A Design Proof (Jpeg Image) will be emailed to you for approval usually within 1 to 2 business days after your order is received. Please watch for the email and respond with your Approval ASAP to avoid Delays. Your item will be made and would be ready to ship within 5 to 8 business days after Proof Approval has been received.

Ready Made Items

I do have a few items that are pre-made and they will be clearly marked as “Ready to Ship”. They will ship 1 to 3 days after payment is received.

What Countries do you ship to?

I ship to Canada and the U.S.A.

How do you Package?

I carefully wrap every item in bubble wrap, double wrapping the corners, before wrapping in Kraft Mailing Paper. I then wrap the Item in Plastic to protect it from weather. Some items are shipped packed in boxes.

How do you ship?

All packages are sent with Canada Post or by a Courier. Regardless, all Packages will be Shipped with Tracking. I will send you the Tracking Number once your item has Shipped. Either carrier delivery schedules and/or delays are beyond my control.

Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
